DEREK MALTBY retired from the Avon and Somerset constabulary in 1991, since when he has worked in the private security sector in both manning and CCTV. Derek has a wealth of experience in partnering with organisations to obtain funding for, and then implement, security projects. He also holds numerous qualifications in the fields of training and personnel development.

MARTIN COLE is a retired police inspector who spent three years as Crime Reduction Officer in Bristol. He also has extensive experience of planning and supervising external telecoms installations as a BT Engineer.
